This data is processed only in aggregated and anonymised form, or with your explicit consent. 3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data is based on the following legal bases under Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679: - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (responding to contact requests and managing the business relationship). - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest of the controller (improving services, analysing user behaviour to optimise site experience, preventing fraud and abuse). - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: explicit consent of the data subject (for processing analytical data via Google Analytics 4 and non-technical cookies). Data processors and sharing
Personal data is processed only by our internal team and entrusted to the following data processors: 1. Google LLC (USA): for traffic analysis via Google Analytics 4. Google is designated as an external data processor and processes data under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Data sent to Google is subject to transfer to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission, in compliance with adequacy decisions and GDPR safeguard mechanisms. 2. Hosting and infrastructure provider: for secure storage of the website and contact data. Providers act as data processors under GDPR and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures. 3. Email and communication services: for sending responses to your contact requests. Data is not disseminated or shared with third parties except where necessary for the stated purposes or legal obligations. All data processors are bound by confidentiality agreements and GDPR-compliant.
International data transfers
In connection with the use of Google Analytics 4, personal data is transferred to the United States (a country not deemed adequate by the European Commission). This transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission (EU Implementing Decision 2021/914) and incorporated into Google's Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Google has implemented additional safeguard measures, including contractual guarantees and technical measures, to ensure a level of protection substantially equivalent to that guaranteed by the EU. For other data (contact information, hosting), it remains stored within the EU with GDPR-compliant providers.
Data retention periods
Personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected: 1. Contact form data: retained for 2 years from the date of receipt, to manage communication and follow up on any business relationship developments. After this period, it is deleted or completely anonymised. 2. Analytical data (Google Analytics 4): retained by Google for the period configured in Google Analytics settings (generally 14 months for aggregated data). After this period, Google automatically deletes it. 3. Technical and security logs: retained for a maximum of 30 days, unless specific security requirements or legal obligations require longer retention. 4. Technical cookies: remain on your device until their natural expiration or until you delete them from your browser. Data may be retained for longer periods if required by legal or regulatory obligations (for example, accounting records under Italian tax regulations, which require 10 years of retention).
Data subject rights
Under Chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the following rights: 1. Right of access (Article 15 GDPR): you can request at any time to access the personal data we process about you. 2. Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR): you can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. 3.
